• Question: do we in some ways still act like monkeys

      Yes we do – there are a lot of behaviours, many of which not that amazing, which come from our ape/monkey past. A good example is the amazing social skills that we share with other apes and monkeys. A bad example is that we tend to use violence as a means to get what we want.

      Large groups of 10 year old boys, and chimpanzees seem to have a whole lot of behaviour in common!
