• Question: why is one sister got brown hair and the other blonde if they have the same parents

      This is due to genetics. Each sister gets half their Mum’s genes and half their Dad’s genes. The combination will be different for both, and so the hair colour can be different for both. The only time siblings have the same genes is when they are identical twins.
